First, man (or god, as steve would say...about himself) makes the ipod.
Then, man decides that the few ounces of the device were too much to carry, so man puts down the ipod, and grabs a small remote instead.
Then, man realizes that the remote isn't as good as using the ipod itself.
So, in all his infinite wisdom, man picks up the ipod, then makes a remote the same damn size as it, and carries that around instead, forgetting the entire point of having a remote, which is to save him the burden of carrying around something so big...
But no, I get it, you want to use it on your stereo, but still, something screams "I should never have been made" about this...
